Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Automotive Insurance & Claims Department! In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, providing essential support and guidance as they navigate their automotive insurance needs and claims processes. Your language skills and customer service expertise will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
• Respond to inquiries from customers in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions related to automotive insurance policies and claims
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our systems
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide timely solutions
• Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring they understand each step
• Gather customer feedback to improve our services and support
• Participate in training to stay updated on products, policies, and industry regulations
Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the insurance or automotive sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service
• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
• Familiarity with customer support software and systems
