As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers through various communication channels, assisting them with inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your role will greatly contribute to improving customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Spanish and English across multiple communication platforms
• Efficiently handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Collaborate with team members to find solutions to customer issues
• Gather customer feedback to inform service improvements

Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish and English with excellent communication skills
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-focused approach
