Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Health Products Department based in Greece. In this critical role, you will deliver exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to health products and wellness solutions.
Your fluency in Spanish will be essential for guiding clients through product details, answering questions, and troubleshooting issues while ensuring they receive the best customer care possible.
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service in Spanish through phone, email, and chat regarding health product inquiries
• Assist customers with questions about product availability, usage, and benefits
• Handle order processing, returns, and effectively resolve customer complaints
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and issue resolution
• Gather customer feedback to inform service improvements
• Stay informed about health and wellness trends to provide knowledgeable assistance
Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in health or retail sectors, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in health and wellness, eager to assist customers in their journey
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
