Mercier Consultancy is delighted to announce an opening for a Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Fitness & Sports Equipment Department in Athens. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to a wide range of fitness products and sports equipment.
Your fluency in Spanish will be essential as you help clients with product information, order management, and address any questions they may have about their fitness and sports equipment needs. You will be instrumental in ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service while promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding fitness and sports equipment inquiries
• Assist customers with product details, availability, and order placement processes
• Professionally resolve customer complaints and inquiries
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and enhance customer experiences
• Gather feedback from customers to help improve our product offerings and service quality
• Stay informed about fitness trends and new product launches to provide knowledgeable assistance
Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills, is mandatory. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for fitness and sports
• Experience in customer service, particularly in retail or fitness, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Genuine interest in fitness and helping customers achieve their athletic goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
