Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Airline Reservations Department located in Athens. In this essential role, you will provide outstanding support to our Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to flight reservations, cancellations, and travel arrangements.
Your fluency in Spanish will be crucial as you guide clients through the reservation process, address any concerns, and help ensure a smooth travel experience. You will play a significant role in upholding our commitment to excellent customer service in the airline industry.
Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding airline reservations and travel inquiries
• Assist customers with booking flights, managing changes, and processing cancellations
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless booking and travel experience for customers
• Gather feedback from customers to continuously improve our services
• Stay informed about airline policies, promotions, and industry trends
Requirements:
• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline sector, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in travel and commitment to providing a positive customer experience
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
