As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing user-generated content in Spanish, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and brand values. Your fluency in Spanish will be key to effectively managing community interactions and fostering positive engagement. Responsibilities

• Moderate and review user-generated content across social media platforms in Spanish
• Ensure all content complies with community standards and brand guidelines
• Engage with users by responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally
• Identify and escalate inappropriate content or behavior within the community
• Collaborate with the social media team to enhance user experience and engagement
• Stay current with social media trends and implement effective moderation techniques

Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required
• Nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your CV and/or Cover Letter
• Prior experience in content moderation or social media management preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
