Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish-speaking clients with inquiries regarding online payment solutions
• Conduct training sessions on payment system functionalities and best practices
• Troubleshoot issues effectively and provide timely resolutions to client concerns
• Document client interactions and maintain detailed records of support activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client issues and develop effective solutions

Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
