In this essential role, you will be responsible for nurturing and managing relationships with our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met with the utmost professionalism. Your fluency in Spanish will be key in enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.

As a Client Relations Specialist, you will communicate directly with clients to provide insights, resolve issues, and facilitate a seamless experience. We are seeking a proactive individual who is passionate about client service and is eager to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, responding to inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
• Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring they receive thorough training and support
• Document client interactions and updates in our CRM system effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client challenges and enhance service delivery
• Collect client feedback and insights to inform improvements and ensure satisfaction
• Actively promote our services and solutions to address client needs

Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in client relations or customer service is highly desirable
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
• Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is advantageous
