Mercier Consultancy is in search of a Spanish Speaking Business Support Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing top-notch support to our Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with various business inquiries and service requests. Your fluency in Spanish will be key in establishing strong relationships with clients and ensuring they receive accurate information and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with inquiries related to our business services and solutions
• Document client interactions and maintain detailed records of support activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues
• Educate clients on service offerings and best practices
• Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on our services and industry trends

Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of inquiries
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality service
• Experience in customer service or business support is preferred
• Proficient in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
