Mercier Consultancy is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Subscription-Based Services team, with relocation to Greece. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality support to Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with their subscription inquiries, account management, and service-related issues.
Your fluency in Spanish will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and timely solutions. You will contribute to customer satisfaction and retention by addressing concerns proactively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer support in Spanish regarding subscription services
• Assist customers with subscription management, billing inquiries, upgrades, and cancellations
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer inquiries
• Collect customer feedback to improve service quality and subscription offerings
• Adapt to relocation requirements and contribute positively to team dynamics in Greece
Requirements:
• Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably with subscription-based or SaaS products
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Greece
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus
