Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our Spanish IT Support team based in Greece, with fully paid relocation support. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert customer service and IT support to Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with technical issues and ensuring a seamless support experience.
Your fluency in Spanish, paired with your passion for technology and customer service, will enable you to effectively troubleshoot and resolve IT-related inquiries while fostering positive relationships with our clients. This role offers the unique chance to work abroad in Greece with relocation expenses covered.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality IT support and customer service in Spanish
• Assist clients with troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Document customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in the support system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex IT issues when necessary.
• Stay updated with technological advancements and product updates.
• Provide timely and professional responses to all customer inquiries.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills. Please clearly indicate your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or cover letter.
• Strong customer service orientation with experience in IT support preferred.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece; full relocation package provided.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and ticketing systems is an advantage.
