Spanish Customer Service for E-Commerce Platform - Greece, Fully Paid Relocation

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a motivated Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting a leading E-Commerce platform. This role is based in Greece with fully paid relocation assistance. As a key member of the customer service team, you will provide outstanding support to Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to Spanish-speaking clients.
• Assist customers with orders, payments, shipping inquiries, and returns.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce, is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece; full relocation costs covered.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
