As a Customer Expert, you will provide dedicated support to Spanish-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience with the brand’s products and services.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support in Spanish through various channels
• Assist customers with product information, orders, servicing, and issue resolution
• Manage and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with technical and operational teams for effective problem solving
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions
• Participate in ongoing training to deepen product knowledge and improve service quality

Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in customer support or service roles, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-centric approach with professionalism and patience
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece with fully paid relocation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
