In this exciting role, you will provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring excellent service delivery within the telecommunications sector.
Leveraging your fluency in Spanish, you will assist customers with technical issues, service plans, billing questions, and other telecommunications-related concerns. This position offers the unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while experiencing life in Athens.
Responsibilities
• Deliver excellent customer service in Spanish regarding telecommunications products and services
• Assist customers with troubleshooting, service activation, billing inquiries, and plan modifications
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction
• Provide feedback to improve products and service delivery
• Stay current with telecommunications industry trends and company offerings
Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish and English with excellent communication skills is required
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece
