Spanish Bilingual Recruitment Specialist - 7+ months contract

PosiTrace is hiring a Spanish-English Bilingual Recruitment Specialist to support hiring across Canada and Mexico from our Burnaby headquarters. 

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys running full-cycle recruitment while also supporting HR operations, contract preparation, and HR system maintenance. You will work closely with HR leadership and hiring managers across departments and regions.

What You’ll Do:

Recruitment

Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across Canada and Mexico

Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategy and candidate selection

Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience

Support offer preparation and hiring documentation

HR Operations

Prepare employment contracts and offer letters (CA & MX)

Maintain and update employee records in BambooHR

Support onboarding and offboarding processes

Assist with HR documentation 

Provide light office administrative support as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)

3+ years recruitment or HR experience

Strong organization and attention to detail

Experience working with HR systems (BambooHR is a strong asset)

Comfortable working in-office in Burnaby

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 depending on experience.

📌 This is a maternity leave coverage contract role, with the possibility of extension.
