Luura Paros Cliff, opening May 2026, features 39 thoughtfully designed rooms set above the sea.

One year later, Luura Paros Sand follows with 49 additional rooms and a collection of vibrant food and social spaces that capture another rhythm of the island.

Your Role in the Story

As a Spa Therapist at LUURA, you are a key contributor to the guest wellness journey, delivering exceptional spa treatments that reflect LUURA’s standards of care, professionalism, and tranquility. Your role is to create a relaxing, safe, and personalized experience for every guest, supporting their physical and emotional well-being.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, technical skill, discretion, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the spa and hotel teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of spa treatments (massage, body treatments, facials, and wellness therapies) in accordance with LUURA standards and protocols.
• Conduct professional guest consultations to understand needs, preferences, and any health considerations before treatments.
• Ensure treatment rooms are immaculately clean, prepared, and set up before and after each service.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety in compliance with LUURA policies and health regulations.
• Use spa products, equipment, and tools correctly and safely, following SOPs and manufacturer guidelines.
• Provide a calm, discreet, and welcoming presence to enhance the guest experience.
• Promote spa services, treatments, and retail products in a professional and guest-focused manner.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and report any guest feedback or concerns to the Spa Manager.
• Ensure linen, supplies, and products are stocked, organized, and replenished as required.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, maintenance issues, or safety concerns.
• Respect guest privacy, confidentiality, and personal boundaries at all times.
• Cooperate with Spa Reception, Housekeeping, and Hotel Operations to ensure smooth daily workflow.
• Follow lost & found procedures for any guest items encountered.
• Maintain a professional appearance, grooming standards, and positive attitude at all times.
• Adhere strictly to LUURA standards, SOPs, and company policies.
• Host the guest as per SOPs and direction of the SPA Manager.

Who We’re Looking For

• Recognized qualification or certifications in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or wellness treatments.
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel, resort, or professional spa environment is preferred.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of spa treatments, anatomy, and wellness practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
• High standards of hygiene, professionalism, and discretion.
• Committed to creating exceptional, memorable guest experiences that reflect brand values.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-first environment, balancing operational demands with team development.
• Passionate about hospitality, culinary trends, culture, and the art of service.
• Good communication skills.
• English knowledge is required.
• Eligible to work in an EU country.
