Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional range of spa and wellness treatments—massages, facials, body scrubs, and signature therapies—crafted to meet guest preferences and Fairmont standards.

• Create a tranquil, personalized experience that nurtures both body and mind, ensuring every guest feels valued, relaxed, and cared for.

• Maintain immaculate cleanliness, ambiance, and readiness of all treatment rooms and spa facilities, in keeping with luxury standards.

• Anticipate guest needs with genuine warmth, offering thoughtful recommendations on treatments and products to enhance their journey.

• Support retail and spa promotions by sharing in-depth product knowledge in an elegant and non-intrusive manner.

• Uphold all hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols to ensure the highest level of guest comfort and confidence.

• Assist in daily spa operations with a collaborative spirit, contributing to a seamless guest experience.

• Participate in continuous training to refine skills and stay aligned with Fairmont’s global wellness philosophy.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a luxury spa or 5-star hotel environment.

• Strong understanding of massage modalities, skincare, and body treatments.

• Exceptional guest engagement and communication skills, with a graceful and composed demeanor.

• Professional grooming, positive attitude, and a passion for luxury wellness experiences.

• Ability to maintain discretion, empathy, and composure in a serene setting.
