SPA SUPERVISOR & RECEPTIONIST

for the Lindian Village All Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton / Rhodes

Season 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently schedule spa appointments and manage the check-in/check-out process.
• Provide excellent guest service, addressing concerns and ensuring a personalized experience.
• Promote spa services, upsell products, and organize promotional events.
• Supervise staff to maintain high standards of service, grooming, and hygiene.
• Ensure compliance with spa policies, SOPs, and safety protocols.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Aphrodite spa software is a plus.
• Professional demeanor with leadership and customer service skills.
• Degree in Aesthetics & Cosmetology from the Greek University of Applied Sciences will be considered as an advantage.
