Role Overview

The Spa Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring the highest standards of service quality, guest satisfaction, and team performance. This role combines hands-on spa expertise with leadership and organizational skills in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee the day-to-day spa operations, ensuring flawless service delivery and a refined, seamless guest journey aligned with luxury resort standards.
• Lead and inspire the spa team to consistently deliver intuitive, personalised, and high-touch service experiences.
• Ensure all treatments and rituals are performed in strict adherence to spa standards, hygiene regulations, and brand service philosophy.

• Maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness, ambience, safety, and presentation across all spa facilities, treatment rooms, and guest areas.
• Support workforce planning, daily scheduling, and task allocation to ensure optimal service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest feedback, preferences, and concerns with discretion, empathy, and a proactive service recovery mindset.
• Contribute to the onboarding, training, and continuous development of the spa team, promoting service excellence and attention to detail.
• Oversee inventory control, product usage, and equipment standards, ensuring consistency with luxury operational requirements.
• Actively support spa revenue performance through refined service recommendations, upselling, and retail engagement in line with brand values.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying and communicating the spa’s philosophy, values, and holistic wellness concept at all touchpoints.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a supervisory or senior therapist role within a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end spa environment.
• Recognized certification or diploma in massage therapy and/or specialized spa treatments (e.g. facials, body therapies, holistic treatments).
• Excellent command of the English language; knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered a strong asset.
• Demonstrated leadership presence, with strong communication, organizational, and team coordination skills.
• In-depth knowledge of spa operations, hygiene regulations, and luxury service standards.
