SWOT Hospitality Management Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to lead the spa operations at the prestigious Nirema Hotel & Spa, part of the MGallery Collection by Accor, located in Samos.
The Spa Manager will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional wellness experience for guests, overseeing all spa services, managing staff, and driving business growth. This role requires passion for luxury hospitality, a strong understanding of spa operations, and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily spa operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Develop innovative spa treatments and wellness programs that align with brand standards and guest expectations.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across the spa facilities.
• Drive revenue generation through strategic marketing initiatives and exceptional guest service.
