This position ensures a safe, clean, and enjoyable swimming environment while assisting guests and maintaining  pool facilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Safety and Supervision: Monitor the pool area, enforce safety rules, and assist swimmers in danger when necessary. 
• Pool Maintenance: Clean the pool, deck, furniture, and accessories; test and balance water chemicals; perform routine inspections.
• Guest Assistance: Welcome guests, provide towels, shade, refreshments, and respond to inquiries or requests. 
• Setup and Organization: Arrange loungers, umbrellas, and other poolside furniture; ensure the area is neat and organized.
• Reporting: Notify supervisors of hazards, damages, or incidents; maintain records of pool maintenance and guest activity.
