Le poste

Au sein d’une équipe marketing agile et engagée, le ou la Spécialiste RP, marketing et communication joue un rôle stratégique et transversal.
Tu contribueras activement à la notoriété de PEAK en pilotant les relations publiques, les communications internes et externes, le marketing de contenu, la marque et les événements.

Relations publiques et rayonnement

Déployer une stratégie RP ciblée au Québec et au Canada

Développer des relations solides avec les médias et leaders d’opinion

Générer de la couverture médiatique proactive et positionner la direction

Rédiger les communiqués, dossiers de presse, discours et outils RP

Coordonner les demandes médias et préparer les porte-paroles

Mesurer et analyser les retombées médiatiques

Contribuer aux communications en contexte sensible

Communications et marketing de contenu

Concevoir des stratégies de contenu alignées sur la marque PEAK

Orchestrer une approche omnicanale (articles, infolettres, plateformes numériques, outils internes)

Planifier et gérer un calendrier éditorial structuré

Assurer la qualité, la clarté et la cohérence des communications

Collaborer avec les équipes RH pour les communications internes

Appliquer les bonnes pratiques de rédaction numérique (SEO, accessibilité, formats)

Marque et mise en marché

Garantir la cohérence de la marque sur tous les points de contact

Soutenir le positionnement et la différenciation de PEAK

Contribuer à la mise en marché des solutions et outils destinés au terrain

Événements

Participer à la stratégie et à la communication des événements

Gérer des événements en présentiel et virtuels

Évaluer leur performance et proposer des améliorations

Développer et gérer des programmes de commandites

Profil recherché

Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en RP ou communication stratégique

Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles en français et en anglais

Maîtrise des outils numériques et de veille (Cision, Meltwater, HubSpot – un atout)

Réseau établi dans les médias francophones et anglophones

Baccalauréat en communications, marketing ou domaine connexe

Rigueur, autonomie et sens des priorités

Expérience dans le secteur financier ou économique (un plus)

Exigences linguistiques

-  La connaissance du français est requise pour les postes situés en permanence au Québec afin que le titulaire puisse communiquer au besoin avec ses collègues et les fournisseurs au Québec. 
Une formation en français pourrait être offerte à tout titulaire d’un poste permanent au Québec qui ne possède pas une bonne connaissance du français.

- L’exigence de l’anglais est requise pour ce poste afin de pouvoir communiquer avec les clients et partenaires qui sont, en grande partie, situés à l’extérieur du Québec.

The role

As part of an agile and engaged marketing team, the PR, Marketing and Communications Specialist plays a strategic and cross-functional role.
You will actively contribute to PEAK’s visibility by leading public relations, internal and external communications, content marketing, brand initiatives and events.

You will work with a variety of audiences, including:

Financial media and influencers

Financial advisors

Employees and internal partners

Your responsibilities

Public relations and media outreach

Develop and execute a targeted PR strategy across Quebec and Canada

Build and maintain strong relationships with media and industry opinion leaders

Generate proactive media coverage and position senior leadership

Write press releases, media kits, speeches and PR materials

Coordinate media requests and prepare spokespersons

Track, measure and analyze media coverage

Support communications in sensitive or high-impact situations

Communications and content marketing

Design content strategies aligned with PEAK’s brand

Deliver an omnichannel approach (articles, newsletters, digital platforms, internal tools)

Plan and manage a structured editorial calendar

Ensure clarity, consistency and quality across all communications

Collaborate with HR teams on internal communications

Apply digital writing best practices (SEO, accessibility, formats)

Brand and go-to-market initiatives

Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

Support PEAK’s positioning and differentiation

Contribute to the go-to-market of solutions and advisor-facing tools

Events

Contribute to event communication strategy and planning

Manage in-person and virtual events

Evaluate performance and recommend improvements

Develop and manage sponsorship programs

Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations or strategic communications

Excellent writing skills in both French and English

Strong knowledge of digital and media monitoring tools (Cision, Meltwater, HubSpot – an asset)

Established network within French and English media

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related field

Strong organizational skills, autonomy and attention to detail

Experience in the financial or economic sector (an asset)

Language requirements

- French: Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec in order to communicate, as needed, with colleagues and suppliers in Quebec.
French language training may be offered to any permanent employee in Quebec who does not have a sufficient knowledge of French.

- English: English is required for this position in order to communicate with clients and partners who are largely located outside of Quebec.
