Ce mandat contractuel à fort impact vous permettra d’influencer directement la qualité des équipes qui réalisent nos projets.

Votre mission

Attirer et sécuriser des talents techniques et corporatifs clés

Approcher de façon proactive des candidats passifs dans des marchés concurrentiels

Développer des stratégies de sourcing ciblées et adaptées à chaque projet

Conseiller et influencer les gestionnaires avec crédibilité

Assurer une exécution rigoureuse et efficace du cycle complet de recrutement

Ce rôle s’adresse à un(e) recruteur(trice) stratégique, orienté(e) résultats, capable de performer dans des marchés compétitifs tout en bâtissant des relations solides et respectées.

Responsabilités clés

🔹 Sourcing stratégique & approche proactive

Identifier et engager activement des talents via LinkedIn, réseautage ciblé et approches directes

Développer des bassins de talents solides en prévision des besoins futurs

Maintenir une veille constante du marché et des tendances

🔹 Exécution orientée performance

Piloter l’ensemble du cycle de recrutement de manière autonome

Réduire les délais d’embauche tout en maintenant des standards élevés de qualité

Conclure les offres avec professionnalisme et intelligence relationnelle

🔹 Partenariat et influence

Collaborer étroitement avec les gestionnaires pour clarifier les besoins réels

Conseiller avec franchise et données marché lorsque nécessaire

Agir comme ambassadeur(trice) crédible de la marque Broccolini

🔹 Amélioration continue

Optimiser les méthodes de sourcing et les processus

Introduire des pratiques innovantes adaptées à notre réalité

Contribuer à l’évolution stratégique de la fonction Acquisition de talents

Profil recherché

Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en recrutement

Solide expertise en sourcing direct et en recrutement de profils techniques

Expérience en construction, ingénierie, immobilier ou secteurs connexes (atout majeur)

Bilinguisme complet (français/anglais)

Capacité démontrée à performer dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle autonomously

Reduce time-to-fill while maintaining high quality standards

What You Bring

Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience

Strong direct sourcing expertise, particularly for technical roles

Experience in construction, engineering, real estate, or related industries (strong asset)

Fully bilingual (English & French)

Demonstrated ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
