Nous recherchons un(e) Spécialiste inventaire et opérations pratique et polyvalent(e) pour assurer l’exactitude des inventaires, soutenir les processus qualité et offrir un service rapide aux clients internes au sein de notre Centre de services partagés (SSC). Ce poste est idéal pour une personne qui aime la variété, la collaboration et la résolution de problèmes opérationnels.

Vos responsabilités

Maintenir l’exactitude des inventaires et des données dans l’ERP (Dynamics 365 Business Central un atout)

Effectuer les inventaires cycliques, gérer les mouvements de stock et soutenir le réapprovisionnement

Contribuer aux prévisions et identifier les articles à risque ou à faible rotation

Coordonner les opérations quotidiennes entre les équipes Matériaux et Service

Réaliser les contrôles qualité à la réception et à l’expédition (IQC/OQC)

Suivre les non-conformités, les RMA et appuyer les actions correctives

Agir comme point de contact clé pour les équipes internes concernant la disponibilité des stocks et les besoins urgents

Profil recherché

3 ans et plus d’expérience en gestion d’inventaire, matériaux ou opérations d’entrepôt

Excellente maîtrise des systèmes ERP et d’Excel

Bonne connaissance des processus d’inventaire, de qualité et de gestion des matériaux

Excellentes aptitudes de communication en anglais (le français est un atout)

Organisé(e), proactif(ve) et à l’aise dans un environnement dynamique

Exigences physiques

Capacité de soulever jusqu’à 23 kg (50 lb)

Capacité de rester debout ou assis pendant de longues périodes

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Inventory & Operations Specialist to ensure accurate inventory control, support quality processes, and provide timely service to internal customers within our Shared Services Center (SSC). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and operational problem-solving.

 

What You’ll Do

Maintain inventory accuracy and ERP data (Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred)

Perform cycle counts, manage stock movements, and support material replenishment

Assist with forecasting, identify at-risk or slow-moving materials

Coordinate daily operations between Materials and Service teams

Perform incoming and outgoing quality checks (IQC/OQC)

Track non-conformities, RMAs, and support corrective actions

Act as a key contact for internal teams on stock availability and urgent needs

 

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in inventory control, materials management, or warehouse operations

Strong ERP and Excel skills

Knowledge of inventory, quality, and materials processes

Clear communication skills in English (French is an asset)

Organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments

 

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg)

Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
