Nous sommes un fournisseur de premier plan de solutions de paiement et de points de vente (POS), aidant les entreprises à fonctionner de manière fluide et sécurisée. Nos commerçants comptent sur nous pour un support rapide, et nous recherchons un(e) Spécialiste du support client bilingue, proactif(ve), pour rejoindre notre équipe et assurer le bon déroulement de nos opérations durant les soirées et les fins de semaine.

Le rôle :
En tant que Spécialiste du support client bilingue, vous serez le premier point de contact pour nos commerçants pendant les heures creuses. Vous trierez les appels et messages, résoudrez les problèmes lorsque possible et escaladerez les questions critiques aux équipes internes appropriées. Vous jouerez un rôle clé pour garantir que nos commerçants reçoivent un support rapide, professionnel et précis.

Responsabilités :

Trier les appels entrants, messages et demandes de support des commerçants.

Surveiller le “control tower” et coordonner les réponses aux problèmes urgents.

Fournir un dépannage et des solutions de premier niveau lorsque c’est approprié.

Escalader les problèmes complexes aux équipes internes de manière claire et organisée.

Maintenir des enregistrements précis des interactions et problèmes dans notre système de support.

Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour améliorer les processus et la documentation de support.

Exigences :

Bilingue anglais-français (oral et écrit) – obligatoire.

Excellentes compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes.

Capacité à travailler de manière autonome les soirs et fins de semaine.

Expérience antérieure en support client est un atout, idéalement dans les paiements, POS ou environnements SaaS.

À l’aise avec la technologie et capable d’apprendre rapidement de nouveaux systèmes.

Horaire :

Temps partiel (minimum 24 heures par semaine), postes en soirée et fins de semaine. Une flexibilité pour couvrir des horaires variables est requise.

Location: Remote

We are a leading provider of Payment and Point of Sale (POS) solutions, helping businesses run smoothly and securely. Our merchants rely on us for timely support, and we are seeking a proactive, bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team and help ensure our operations run seamlessly during evenings and weekends.

The Role:
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will act as the first point of contact for our merchants during off-peak hours. You will triage calls and messages, resolve issues when possible, and escalate critical matters to the appropriate internal teams. You will play a key role in ensuring our merchants receive timely, professional, and accurate support.

Responsibilities:

Triage incoming calls, messages, and support requests from merchants.

Monitor the control tower and coordinate responses to urgent issues.

Provide first-level troubleshooting and solutions when appropriate.

Escalate complex issues to internal teams in a clear and organized manner.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and issues in our support system.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and documentation.

Requirements:

Bilingual in English and French (oral and written) – mandatory.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently during evenings and weekends.

Previous customer support experience is an asset, ideally in payments, POS, or SaaS environments.

Comfortable with technology and learning new systems quickly.

Schedule:

Part-time (minimum 24 hours per week), evening and weekend shifts. Flexibility to cover varying schedules is required.
