Ben je opzoek naar een werkplek met uitzicht over het water, waarbij je je dienst af kan sluiten op een SUP board op het water en waar je met een ambitieus team de mooiste gerechten weet te bereiden. Dan is deze functie wellicht wel wat voor jou!

Papa’s Beach House is op zoek naar een Sous Chef die het gaaf vind om het team te trainen, sturing weet te geven en passie heeft voor events! Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor het coachen van het team, maken van planningen, het meedenken met nieuwe kaarten en banqueting brochures en uiteraard het plaatsen van bestellingen. Maar belangrijker nog, door dit sterke managementteam heb je ook voldoende tijd om bezig te zijn met dat wat je echt graag doet, koken! Als Sous Chef ben je dus verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van je keukenteam, het waarborgen van het brand en het creëren van een geweldige ervaring voor gasten!

Papa’s Loft House is onze 2e locatie in Amsterdam gelegen in het Gelderlandplein met een groene rooftop. Beide locaties hebben verschillende mogelijkheden voor het organiseren van private events, zakelijke borrels en bruiloften.
