Sous Chef at the stylish
Kosea Boutique Hotel.
As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in creating delightful dining experiences for our guests in this luxurious boutique setting. You will assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and sanitation are maintained.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the Head Chef in the development of menus that emphasize local and seasonal ingredients.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of all food served across various outlets within the hotel.
• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs in order to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in other culinary leadership roles, preferably in boutique hotels or upscale restaurants.
• Strong passion for creating innovative dishes and exceptional culinary standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
