Requirements:
• Experience in product development and sourcing, especially in sporting goods
• Strong analytical skills and multi-task
• Ability to work independently and lead projects.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Receptivity to learning new processes and tools.
• Open minded and able to connect quickly in complex and intercultural environment
• Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
• Good communication skills in English

Responsibiliteis

• Product Development Execution : Oversee the entire product development process, product costing, ensuring adherence to seasonal calendars and timely sample delivery.
• Vendor Sourcing Management : Suppliers sourcing management based on guidelines, collaborate on tasks, and drive performance expectations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with various teams to ensure an alignment with business goals.
• Based : This position will be based in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia
