Based on the specific needs and job requirements, this role will be working out of our Bombas HQ in New York City.
About the Job:
We are looking for a motivated and curious team player to join our Sourcing team as our Sourcing Assistant (temporary, full time), reporting directly to our Senior Manager of Product Development, The ideal candidate does not need sourcing specific experience but a strong interest and curiosity in the field and transferable skills. This is an opportunity to learn about sourcing specifically within the development and production life cycle.
*Please Note: This role has an initial assignment of approximately 5 months (February through July 2026). The potential for this assignment to become extended will be determined by business need.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Data entry and maintenance in our PLM system (Product Life Cycle Management, Centric) as well as Excel/ Google Sheet trackers and documents
• Assist in tracking, receiving and maintaining proto, coloration samples in Centric system as well as physically in the office.
• Work closely with current sourcing assistants and associates on a daily basis completing tasks as assigned.
• Regular communication with our overseas factories

The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $24.00 and $27.00/hour. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market factors, and business need.
