Sommelier - MAZA NEW OPENING IN MAYFAIR

Salary - £40,000 + (depending on experience)

Schedule - Full Time

Experience - Previous experience as a Sommelier within a quality restaurant

Extras - knowledge about Greek wine would be a plus

Maza

Maza is an awaited new opening in Mayfair opening in March. Stunning décor, incredible food and professional and fun service. The atmosphere will be buzzing, with a DJ at the decks, a trendy team, in a décor designed by one of the best designers in London.

The Position

We're looking for an experienced Sommelier to ensure a welcoming and engaging impression, and an exceptional guest experience. You will be delivering high Mayfair standards and ensuring a seamless journey for our guests from start to finish.

If you have experience in the following, then we want to hear from you:

Previous experience as a Sommelier

Enjoys interacting with our guests in a professional and friendly manner, building rapport to encourage their repeat custom;

Effectively increasing beverage revenue

Handling face to face customer, in a professional and diplomatic manner.
