DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement marketing plans that align with business goals and target audience needs.
• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, customer pain needs, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes
• Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns together with other marketing teams and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to meet KPIs. Prepare detailed reports and presentations.
• Ensure cohesive brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels. • Identify new market opportunities and tailor marketing strategies to address customer needs
• Analyze competitor’s strategies to position the company’s solutions effectively.
• Work closely with the sales team, internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to develop sales enablement tools and customer engagement initiatives, including presentation kits, training sessions, insighting activities, relationship-building initiatives, digital content, case studies, product demos, etc.
• Help establish marketing as a ‘thought leader’ by focusing on creating valuable, original content, sharing insightful perspectives and actively engaging with key internal stakeholders.
• Lead/Assist in the execution of special/tactical projects that may be assigned by CMC Head or Management
QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Minimum Education
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and related Information Technology courses, preferred, or related experience
B. Minimum Experience/Training
• At least 5 years’ experience in solution marketing, product marketing, or B2B marketing (IT industry preferred).
Experience in digital marketing a plus.
• Proven track record in creating compelling solution messaging and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business results.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, IT, vendor management, sales, and marketing teams.
C. Competency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, enterprise software, digital transformation and tech-integrated workspace design.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to think critically and develop innovative marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Strong leadership skills that inspire internal stakeholders to achieve high performance and achievement of marketing goals.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights for optimum campaign performance.
• Knowledge on marketing analytic tools a plus.
