That brings us to you. As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll partner closely with our Go-To-Market and Sales teams to position, build and deliver the best solutions for our clients. We’re looking for someone who blends technical expertise with a people-first approach—someone who knows their way around analytics platforms and architectures but also loves connecting with clients, translating needs and finding solutions that stick.

Location Preferences: We’d love for you to join us from one of our offices in Oklahoma City, Tulsa or Stillwater Oklaoma. We are also interested in Raleigh-Durham, NC. Remote work may be possible depending on the situation, let’s chat.

Salary Range: $85,000–$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

What You’ll Do

• Translate business requirements into smart, scalable solutions for organizations of all sizes

• Lead and manage complex projects with multiple moving parts and stakeholders

• Build trusted technical relationships and identify opportunities to bring value

• Develop MVPs and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate what’s possible with modern analytics tools

• Share your expertise in engaging ways, from large client presentations to team mentorship

• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver great work and grow together

What You’ll Need

Must-Haves

• Hands-on experience with visual analytics and database platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, Sigma, Snowflake, Google BigQuery, MySQL or Redshift

• Strong problem-solving skills with both technical and creative approaches

• Excellent communication—verbal, written and presentation—across all levels

• The ability to connect with clients in a personable, relatable and engaging way

What We’d Like You to Have

• Familiarity with data orchestration and transformation tools such as dbt, Matillion, Fivetran or Python

• Experience in a technology leadership role—mentoring, managing projects or guiding others

• A strategic mindset for evaluating solution design, scalability and long-term cost of ownership

• An understanding of the analytics and data landscape, from commercial models to emerging trends

• Experience embedding or designing data applications using analytics tools and code
