Securitas Solutions ondersteunt klanten bij de opstart en opvolging van integrale beveiligingsoplossingen, zowel op het vlak van bewakingsdiensten als technologische oplossingen.

Ter versterking van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en servicegerichte Solutions Backoffice Officer.

Als Solutions Backoffice Officer ben jij de administratieve spil achter onze projecten en servicecontracten. Je zorgt voor een correcte orderverwerking, een vlotte klantonboarding en een efficiënte ondersteuning van interne teams, zodat alles achter de schermen optimaal verloopt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Verwerken van inkomende bestellingen en het opzetten van projecten en contracten in de systemen
• Verzenden van standaardcommunicatie en opstartdocumenten naar klanten
• Ondersteunen van Project- en Service Managers bij:• Bestellingen bij leveranciers en administratieve opvolging
• Voorbereiding en opvolging van facturatie
• Opvolging van onderhoudsbeurten en contracttermijnen
• Controle en archivering van project- en servicedocumentatie

• Behandelen van inkomende mails en telefoons en het aanmaken en opvolgen van tickets

• Graduaat, Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
• Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een administratieve of customer support functie, bij voorkeur in een technische omgeving
• Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail
• Klant- en servicegerichte ingesteldheid met goede communicatieve vaardigheden
• Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en/of Frans
• Ervaring met ERP- of servicetools is een plus
