Minimum Requirements
• Education: Master of Science in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum 120 months (10 years) of prior experience as a Software Engineer/Developer or related role
Role Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end product development, including client communication to gather, clarify, and document business requirements and workflows.
• Translate high-level business requirements into technical architecture, system designs, and actionable development tasks, ensuring scalability and seamless system integration.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction across product development, system integration, and cloud infrastructure initiatives.
• Drive company-wide initiatives related to technical training, recruitment support, and talent retention.
• Conduct code reviews and quality assessments, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers on best practices and standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain SDKs for enterprise integrations.
• Build and publish reusable Node.js packages for internal platforms and client-facing solutions.
• Architect and develop iOS libraries implementing FIDO2/WebAuthn for passwordless authentication, including biometric security using Apple Secure Enclave.
• Design and support systems within the US health insurance domain, including platforms supporting ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement) plans.
• Manage and secure Azure cloud resources, including APIs, Web Application Firewall (WAF), Managed Identity, SSL/TLS certificates, and encryption policies.
• Define and implement data security, authentication, and cloud governance strategies for enterprise-scale applications.
