Solutions Architect: Data Integration & Platforms

We are expanding our data practice as clients move away from rigid, monolithic ETL stacks toward cloud-native, event-driven, and automation-first data platforms

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and own enterprise-scale data integration architectures across multi-cloud environments (OCI, AWS, Azure)
• Define technology-agnostic integration patterns that decouple business logic from underlying data platforms
• Architect solutions that seamlessly support batch, micro-batch, and event-driven pipelines
• Embed security-first principles into all designs, including PII masking, data protection, and Zero-Trust access models
• Establish standards for enterprise observability, enabling real-time visibility into data health, latency, quality, and lineage
• Serve as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating complex requirements into scalable architectures
• Provide architectural leadership and governance across delivery teams to ensure consistency, quality, and long-term sustainability

Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering large-scale data platforms, preferably in highly regulated industries (Finance, Healthcare, Insurance)
• Deep expertise with Informatica IDMC
• Strong experience across at least one major cloud platform (OCI, AWS, or Azure)
• Advanced knowledge of Canonical Data Modeling and Event-Driven Architecture (Kafka or equivalent)
• Proven experience applying DataOps and CI/CD principles to data integration
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
