Key Responsibilities

• Offer pre-sales technical assistance for the implementation of complex products, applications, and solutions.
• Apply comprehensive product knowledge to provide technical support to sales personnel and customers through captivating sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Assist sales teams in evaluating potential applications of company products to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare detailed product specifications for the creation and rollout of customer solutions.-High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to learn and apply new concepts and technologies in a wide variety of marketing disciplines. Technology focus on AJO, CDP, Campaign ,CJA or in competitive CXO Martech Stacks like SFDC, ORACLE Marketing cloud etc
• Develop detailed development and implementation guidelines for complex products and applications.
• Co develop prototypes based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility, often involving rapid prototyping and product demos.
• Offer consultation to prospective users and conduct product capability assessments and validations.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in providing technical support and expertise in a pre-sales environment.
• Outstanding knowledge of Adobe products and their applications.
• Strong capability to deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Proficiency in drafting comprehensive product specifications and development schedules.
• Background in fast prototyping and crafting mini-apps according to client demands.
• Excellent consultation and assessment skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams to determine customer needs and successfully implement solutions.
