• Minimum 5 years of experience as a senior architect on a major
project utilizing SOA principlesMinimum 5 years hands-on development in
implementing RESTful and SOAP web services using TIBCO or J2EE stack.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on implementing solutions using JMS technology and ORM tools.
• Minimum 5 years of experience reviewing application architecture and solutions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience establishing and enforcing SOA governance in large SOA based applications.
• 4-5 years of experience as a team leads following an Agile execution model
• Minimum of 7 years of experience developing in distributed application environments (Database, Transaction Management)

Preferred

• Providing solutions on Event Driven ArchitectureHaving experience using TIBCO or Similar SOA tools/platform, ESB tools
• Having hands-on design and development using various TIBCO products such as BW and BE
• Having hands on experience with application servers and containers such as TIBCO BW, JBOSS, WebLogic
