About the team

The Field Engineering team is responsible for ensuring the safe and effective deployment of TwelveLabs' video understanding APIs for developers and enterprises. We act as a trusted advisor and thought partner for our customers, ensuring they maximize value from our multimodal foundation models and products.

The Solutions team, part of Field Engineering, is focused on enabling high-impact and strategic customers. They collaborate closely to resolve technical challenges, provide deep expertise, and co-build innovative video AI applications that highlight the transformative advantages of our platform.

About the role

Twelve Labs is at the forefront of video AI technology, transforming how businesses understand and utilize their video data by leveraging our multimodal video foundation models. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge technology and its application in real-world use cases for our APAC clients. Your technical expertise, customer-centric approach, and ability to design tailored solutions will be pivotal in helping our clients unlock the full potential of our AI models.

In this role, you will

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand business goals and technical requirements, translating them into scalable video AI architectures.

• Own technical relationships from discovery through production deployment, ensuring successful integrations and adoption.

• Design and deliver impactful POCs and reference architectures demonstrating the value of multimodal foundation models.

• Provide architectural guidance on API integrations across cloud-native and enterprise environments.

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for architecture, performance, and security discussions.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities.

• Deliver technical demos, workshops, and enablement sessions across the APAC region.

You may be a good fit if you have

• 7+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect or Solutions Engineer.

• Strong experience designing and deploying enterprise solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, and modern application architectures.

• Experience working with LLMs, multimodal AI systems, embeddings, or video-centric workloads; familiarity with video workflows, media asset management (MAM), or content pipelines is a strong plus.

• A track record of leading customer implementations from kickoff through production launch, building trusted technical relationships with both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and manage multiple strategic engagements simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel across the APAC region to meet with clients, attend industry events, and deliver technical workshops.
