Your next career step
As a Solution Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, security, and user support for designated solutions in our Barcelona office. This is a hybrid role requiring you to be on site three days per week, collaborating closely with IT, suppliers, and business teams. You will manage users, licenses, permissions, incidents, and system updates.
Your Tasks
User and License Management
Manage license requests for designated solutions
Assign roles and permissions as defined
Regularly monitor user activity and maintain comprehensive license overviews
Permission Management
Develop and document a permission management concept for designated solutions
Ensure the correct assignment of permissions to respective roles
System Maintenance
Evaluate solutions regarding their lifecycle status
Review change logs for updates and manage updates in collaboration with IT, suppliers, and business functions
Create and maintain solution documentation in accordance with established standards and practices
Incident Management
Serve as the initial point of contact for users in the event of incidents
Resolve incidents or escalate them to internal Solution Engineers or suppliers
Your Profile
Profound IT background, e.g., experience in solution administration
Basic knowledge of processes in the area of quality management
Training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or IT-related degree
Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams
English fluency is essential; Spanish or German is an advantage
