As our new Channel Partner Solution Sales Manager, you will drive growth for Crayon Singapore’s XSP multi‑vendor solutions through strategic engagement with our channel partners. In this role, you will blend solution sales, partner enablement, and business development to help partners strengthen their market differentiation. Acting as the key link between Crayon, vendors, and partners, you will identify shared opportunities and collaborate across the channel ecosystem to foster alignment and idea sharing.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Recruit and develop strategic channel partners to expand Crayon’s XSP solution footprint

• Lead GTM execution with focus partners and act as the primary point of contact for solution positioning, licensing, pricing, and GTM initiatives

• Co-manage relationships with vendors such as Zoom, Alibaba Cloud, DocuSign, AvePoint, and Acronis

• Drive revenue and gross profit growth for Crayon’s XSP portfolio

• Identify new business opportunities with partners and vendors, including emerging solutions and trends

What we need to see from you:     

• Proven B2B solution sales or channel sales experience in the IT industry, with a strong track record of driving revenue and gross profit growth

• Experience working with MSPs, VARs, SIs, and ISVs within the channel ecosystem

• Familiarity with cloud, data protection, productivity, and security solutions, including common licensing models

• Deep understanding of pipeline management, sales forecasting, and go-to-market (GTM) execution

• Strong collaboration, relationship management, and partner engagement skills, and can build and maintain productive relationships with channel partners, vendors, and internal teams

• Highly accountable and results-oriented, taking ownership of initiatives and consistently delivering measurable business outcomes
