The Global Content Services organization is responsible for the global processes and tools related to technical product content management and delivery. We are now looking for a Solution Owner – Content Delivery to take ownership of our content delivery solutions and to drive strategic development, governance, and operational effectiveness in this area. This role plays a key part in aligning business requirements with digital solutions, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and scalable content delivery across the organization.

As Solution Owner – Content Delivery you are responsible for driving the development and implementation of content delivery related processes, workflows and technologies to serve various business needs. In this role, you’ll be at the center of strategy, technology, and collaboration — driving solutions from vision to execution. Your main stakeholders are our agile, cross-functional development teams and various business stakeholders, content creation teams and IT. You’ll work with modern content and delivery platforms, including Teamcenter, Tridion Docs, Fluid Topics, and Konecranes Customer Portal.

Your key responsibilities are:

• Developing and implementing Konecranes content delivery portfolio and strategy.
• Developing content delivery related processes, workflows and technologies together with key stakeholders.
• Collecting and analyzing development requirements and turning them into development concepts. Owning and prioritizing the development roadmap.
• Leading and coordinating projects and development initiatives.
• Taking a hands-on role in process and tool development, testing, and validation.
• Acting as a key communicator between business, technical teams, and users.
• Developing and promoting digital content best practices.
• Providing support, training and guidelines for Konecranes teams to ensure successful adoption.
• Developing and following metrics, KPIs, and reporting.

What we expect from you:

To succeed in this role, you need to have a solid knowledge of content management processes, technologies, principles, and technical communications industry in general. We also expect you to have previous experience in leading development projects and cross-functional initiatives. Strong communication and collaboration skills combined with good project and process management skills are of crucial importance.

We expect you to have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Technical Communication).
• 5+ years of experience in content management process and tool development.
• Knowledge of DITA-based structured content and CCMS platforms.
• Solid project management and coordination skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A passion for continuous development, quality, and service excellence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
