We are part of Erste Group – the largest banking group in Central and Eastern Europe with more than 2,500 branches and over 45,000 employees. Our more than 2,000 IT experts and enthusiasts are the bank's Digital Muscle.
As the Customer Life Cycle Management (CLM) department, we provide services around our customers for varied areas of Erste Group. One major part is business process digitalization, automation and case management. Therefore we use Pega as a state of the art, low code platform that allows for scalable solutions around all digitalization efforts.
What to do:
Our CLM department is composed of internal and external colleagues both near- and offshore. We are responsible for the development of, high-quality customer APIs, analyzing current processes and digitalize them by using our platform environment to service all stakeholders that are involved in our business. As part of our team, you will receive thorough training and enablement in the Pega methodology and BA practices.
Your tasks include:
• Analyzing customer requirements
• Supporting in the resolution of operations incidents
• Collaborating with Business Users across the entire Erste Group in the context of ongoing projects
• Contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of Pega-Workflows and customer solutions throughout the customer lifecycle
• Proposing new ideas to improve the current process and application landscape
