At VML MAP, we're seeking a Solution Expert who is eager to dive in and deliver high-quality, error-free campaigns.

What will your day look like?

As our new Solution Expert, you'll be the technical steward and owner for all technical processes and solutions managed by MO. Your mission will be to leverage your comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of processes, platforms, and tools to provide operational support, ensuring seamless campaign execution and optimal platform performance. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, maintain platform functionality, and deliver essential technical training and support to your teammates.

More specifically, your tasks will include:

• Maintaining technical documentation and ensuring clear Confluence setup.

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for campaign execution.

• Maintaining & configuring Catalyst tools and identifying optimization opportunities.

• Receiving and providing input on Tech & Data handovers, assisting with training and rollouts.

• Providing hypercare support for critical campaigns.

• Onboarding, guiding, and training Campaign Specialists and other Solution Experts.

• Identifying areas for upskilling and opportunities to expand service offerings.
