Your role as a Solution Engineer:

As a Solutions Engineer at Eraneos, you’ll wear multiple hats: consultant, software engineer, and AI expert. Your mission is to merge these domains to deliver cutting-edge, seamless solutions alongside our clients. You closely colloborate with our clients to identify core challenges and translate them into actionable technicale requirements. Througout the projects you maintain close contact, adapting strategies to new insights and ensuring client satisfaction. From building prototypes to deploying production systems, you’ll be at the forefront of implementing state-of-the-art AI and data science solutions that drive tangible business outcomes. Furthermore, you present results with confidence, leveraging storytelling to convey complex concepts clearly.

Who you are:
• You have at least 2 years of practical work experience in software development in an industrial environment
• Python Proficiency: You’re a master of Python, effortlessly working with libraries such as SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, FastAPI, and LangChain
• Clean Code: You write well-structured, maintainable code and employ architectural patterns to manage complex projects
• AI & NLP Expertise: You have experience with NLP and LLMs like GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama 2, or similar models
• High-Quality Standards: Code quality and rigorous testing are non-negotiable for you
• Deployment Skills: You confidently deploy solutions in Docker containers and build efficient CI/CD workflows using Git
• Database Management: SQL and ORM tools are second nature to you, and you optimize for high performance
• Cloud Experience: You’re familiar with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud 
• You speak fluent German (at least B2) and English
• You have a high level of result and customer orientation and are willing to travel for projects from time to time
