Konecranes Information Technology organization secures sustainable growth and operational excellence through IT Innovation and data insights. The service portfolio is wide; from IT services provided to enable Konecranes business processes, through Helpdesk, all the way to the business intelligence and analytics identifying new business opportunities.

 In Konecranes IT, People Solutions, we are responsible for developing and maintaining IT solutions supporting People related processes. We are now looking for a Solution Designer to strengthen our team.

In this role your key responsibilities include

• Design and translate business requirements into information system specifications
• Contribute to process development by providing information regarding solution possibilities and restrictions
• ensuring People solutions’ integrity and compliance with architectural guidelines
• Define, own and manage system specification documentation
• Perform system development including configuration and testing
• Communicate, train and providing support for change management
• Solve production incidents in co-operation with AMS (Application Maintenance and Support)

In this role you will work in People Agile team and will report to Platform Manager in People Solutions. 

The position is hybrid-remote and reports to Sini Blom, Platform Manager, People.

What should you bring:

• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and its configuration is highly desirable
• Experience related to HR processes in domains of payroll, time management and learning are beneficial in this position
• Good negotiation skills to be able to facilitate discussions targeting at finding a common solution
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Active and independent approach in Agile mode
• A degree in Computer Science or similar
