Why This Job Is Exciting:
As a Solution Delivery Manager, you'll be at the intersection of cutting-edge biometric technology and real-world implementation, helping our partners and customers leverage our solutions for critical identity applications including elections, customer onboarding, passport issuance, border control, and more.
This role is a senior individual contributor role focused on technical consulting and solution delivery. It does not include direct people management or team leadership responsibilities. You will transform complex technical capabilities into seamless, practical solutions.
Within one month, you will…
Dive deep into our biometric technology stack through comprehensive trainings on SDKs, ABIS architecture, and integration methodologies.
Shadow live customer training sessions to understand real implementation challenges and solutions.
Begin enhancing our technical materials with your fresh perspective and insights.
Build relationships with key team members across Professional Services and R&D.
Within three months, you will…
Take ownership of your first client project, becoming their primary technical point of contact.
Troubleshoot integration challenges and optimize system performance. Develop data migration code to support quality analyses and system optimization.
Provide training support and technical consultation.
Prepare to lead technical knowledge transfer sessions.
Within six months, you will…
Master specialized tools and technical documentation.
Deliver your first solo training session.
Create technical documentation including tests and reports.
Strengthen collaboration between R&D, product teams, and customers.
Contribute to internal tools and processes.
Within one year, you will…
Independently manage multiple technical implementations.
Become a trusted technical advisor.
Lead complex data migrations and integrations.
Deliver customized analyses for customer decisions.
Contribute to product roadmap improvements.
Requirements:
Mandatory:
• Willingness to travel internationally, especially to African countries
• Professional technical proficiency in French (spoken and written)
• Responsible and independent working style
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to deliver high-quality outputs and presentations
Nice to Have:
French citizenship or ability to work across French-speaking regions.
Tech Stack & Background:
• Programming languages: Java, Kotlin, C#, Python, and other major
languages
• Multiple SQL flavors
• REST API design and integration
• Message Queues (MQ)
• CI/CD pipelines
• AWS (or similar cloud platforms)
• GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes
• Keycloak
• Exposure to biometrics SDKs, platforms, or solutions is an advantage
Level
This role is at T4/T5, representing a mid-to-senior technical position where your coding proficiency and problem-solving abilities are essential. We are looking for professionals who can write efficient code for data migrations, develop custom tools, and architect elegant solutions to complex integration challenges. Your experience debugging intricate technical issues, optimizing system performance, and thinking algorithmically will be immediately valuable. Introduction Stage
Team Interview Stage
We have a one single interview round that takes approximately 2 - 2,5 hours and is divided into two stages:
Final Stage
We encourage candidates to request additional conversations with anyone they would like to meet.
• Recruiter Screen [30 min. ]
• Stage 1: Technical Interview (60 min)
An interactive session with our technical team, focusing on your problem-solving approach and technical knowledge relevant to the role.
• Stage 2: Practical Collaboration (60~90 min)
A hands-on session where you will work directly with our Software Engineers and Hiring Manager on a real-world problem. This is a practical, collaborative exercise designed to see how you approach challenges, communicate your reasoning, and co-create solutions in real time.
