The Role
We are looking for an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our Sofia team. You will work closely with client stakeholders, internal technical teams, and third-party partners to analyse, design, and document technical solutions that meet business objectives. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead discoveries, shape technical solutions, and guide projects from strategy to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to gather business requirements and understand client processes
• Analyse, design, and document technical solutions aligned with business objectives
• Recommend the best-fitting solutions based on logic, feasibility, and platform capabilities
• Drive MVP approaches and lead mobile app projects
• Own and manage functional scope for projects
• Help clients build roadmaps, prioritize features, and groom backlogs
• Conduct research on new products, updates, and platforms to advise clients
• Act as a subject matter expert, raising awareness of innovation and process improvements
• Coordinate effectively with offshore teams and vendors across different time zones

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in delivering large-scale projects
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, Shopify, Commerce Tools, or BigCommerce etc.
• Proven track record in software development environments and end-to-end project lifecycles
• Experience with both B2B and B2C implementations
• Strong requirement documentation skills (user stories, flows/diagrams, functional specifications)
• Ability to translate between technical, creative, and business stakeholders
• Project management experience and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
