A Solution Consultant is a dynamic individual who has a strong desire to learn and solve problems creatively and quickly. The position will report to the Director of Solution Engineering and will work extensively with various internal and external clients.

Requirements:
What You Will Do

• Design, build, and continuously evolve high-quality demo environments tailored to specific industries, use cases, and buyer personas
• Collaborate with Sales, Presales, and Partner teams to support live selling motions by providing scalable, reusable demo and Proof of Concepts (POCs) content
• Configure POCs that address specific prospect or customer needs to prove Prophix is uniquely positioned to solve their challenges
• Partner closely with Product and Marketing to align demonstration narratives with roadmap priorities, positioning, and go-to-market motions
• Continuously evolve demo content by incorporating new product capabilities, emerging use cases, and feedback from the field
• Enable the Presales team by providing guidance, sharing best practices, and conducting show-and-tell sessions on the latest content
• Ensure demo environments remain stable, performant, and sales-ready by proactively maintaining infrastructure and resolving issues as they arise
• Develop standards and reusable assets that improve demo quality, reduce time-to-value, and scale presales effectiveness globally

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in consulting, implementation services, business / systems analyst, pre-sales and / or financial systems experience
• Post-Secondary Degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience with BI tools, EPM / CPM solutions and/or data warehousing considered an asset
• Experience in analyzing and / or manipulating large data sets
• Able to clearly articulate concepts and business benefits to technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated experience designing re-usable processes & solutions (e.g. Excel models, automation scripts, ETL processes, etc.)
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technology, its benefits, and how it can be leveraged to achieve business goals & objectives
• Comfort using AI tools responsibly to support tasks such as research, drafting, or data review
• Ability to learn new tools and adapt as technology evolves
• Curiosity and openness to exploring new approaches
• Collaborative mindset when working with teams and technology
• Must be legally entitled to work in the country where this role is located

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic or practical knowledge of Accounting and/or Financial concepts (e.g. planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidations, and reporting)
• In-depth knowledge of Excel considered an asset
• Natural presenter with great interpersonal skills and comfortable in the spotlight
• Able to gather and understand business requirements, current challenges and propose solutions
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about scale, reuse, and efficiency in a client-facing process

Compensation

The total compensation range for this role is $85,000min CAD to $115,000 max CAD, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws in Canada and the United States. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
