The Opportunity

You'll seize a pivotal opportunity to dramatically enhance the throughput of our Solutions Consulting team, directly impacting our ability to deliver high-quality SOWs and engage proactively in critical customer conversations. This role empowers you to articulate the value of our Services organization, expertly scope customer requirements, and craft commercially viable Statements of Work that drive significant business growth.

What You'll Do

As a Solutions Consultant, you'll extend the capacity of our dynamic Solutions Consulting team, becoming an indispensable asset in the development of crucial deal deliverables, including presentations and detailed Statements of Work. Beyond supporting existing engagements, you'll leverage your expertise to independently lead smaller, yet impactful, scoping engagements for our global prospects, ensuring precise alignment and successful project kick-offs. This dual focus means you'll not only contribute to accelerating our sales cycles, but also the end-to-end process of translating complex customer needs into actionable, commercially sound service proposals.

Consulting
+ Demonstrate strong evidence of successfully selling professional services within a software environment.
+ Possess an acute ability to discern true customer needs, translating unspoken requirements into actionable solutions.
+ Articulate the impact of various solution decisions and approaches on project timelines.
+ Proactively ask insightful discovery questions during customer conversations.

Consultative Sales and Solutioning
+ Translate complex customer needs into clear, commercially viable proposals, identifying unspoken requirements and potential risks.
+ Ensure all proposed solutions are not only effective, but also align with commercial viability and strategic objectives.
+ Bring proven experience working within a SaaS company or as a SaaS System Integrator.
+ Demonstrate a track record of successfully selling and scoping services engagements, ideally within a Salesforce SI or Salesforce-based SaaS environment.
+ Articulate a clear point-of-view on how an implementation team strategically adds value throughout the customer journey.

Project Management
+ Ask in-depth, clarifying questions to fully comprehend customer needs and align them with our service offerings.
+ Manage your responsibilities across multiple deal cycles and customer engagements with a disciplined, project-management-oriented approach.
+ Connect explicit customer requests with the broader implications for our services, ensuring comprehensive solutions.
+ Exhibit a high-agency mindset, proactively driving initiatives with minimal oversight.

Within 90 Days, You'll:
• Obtain comprehensive product and operational business knowledge, enabling you to provide direct, 2-up internal support to Solution Consulting peers by developing SOW drafts, leveraging AI and internal assets for information synthesis, and preparing implementation proposal options.
• Grasp our implementation process, product capabilities, and scoping methodology sufficiently to independently lead initial scope discussions with Sitetracker prospects.

Within 180 Days, You'll:
• Consistently lead and successfully close a portfolio of scoping engagements for EMEA prospects, contributing directly to regional sales targets.
• Become a recognized internal expert, routinely developing high-quality SOWs and strategic presentations that significantly accelerate deal velocity for the broader Solution Consulting team.
• Proactively identify and begin implementing process improvements in deal deliverable creation, contributing to reduced average turnaround times for core team deliverables.

Within 365 Days, You'll:
• Significantly expand our SC sales support capacity across EMEA, becoming a cornerstone for regional growth and successful service delivery.
• Drive a measurable, global reduction in average turnaround times for core SC deal deliverables, setting new benchmarks for efficiency.
• Forge strong internal partnerships, becoming an invaluable resource and mentor for peers, continually elevating the team's collective expertise and output.
