In this role, you’ll design and own the blueprints for AI-driven solutions that don’t just read invoices or process orders—they orchestrate entire workflows, enforce compliance with scope, budget, and timelines, and continuously evolve with business needs. You will work together with GBS leaders, Solution Consultants, Product, and COE teams to ensure our solutions deliver both immediate value and long-term scalability.

Your Responsibilities 

• Solution Design & Ownership• Define project blueprint, including phases, scope, budget, and timeline.
• Ensure adherence to standards, with a strong focus on reusable solution packaging.
• Safeguard against scope creep and non-standard customizations.

• Collaboration & Leadership• Partner with Solution Consultants in pre-sales and early scoping to validate feasibility.
• Liaise with COE on technical delivery, delegating routine tasks while maintaining solution accountability.
• Work with Product to influence roadmap and deliver innovative, scalable solutions.

• Customer Engagement• Understand customer needs and propose solutions, prioritizing standard packaging.
• Act as the technical authority during delivery to ensure solution integrity.
• Build trust with enterprise stakeholders by aligning solutions with business and IT requirements.

• Innovation & Enablement• Drive adoption of new technologies (Gen AI, automation, advanced integrations).
• Contribute to solution packaging that bridges business logic and technical implementation.

Your profile:
Your profile

• Willingness to work with EST or PST time zone
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect in a SaaS or enterprise software context.
• Proven track record in finance domains such as P2P (Procure-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), R2R (Record-to-Report), H2R (Hire-to-Retire), FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), and other GBS use cases.
• Strong expertise in system integration and architecture, ideally with:• Gen AI / LLM applied to business use cases
• Python for automation and prototyping
• REST APIs for modern integrations
• ERP/Finance ecosystems: SAP, Basware, Boomi, Coupa, MS Dynamics, etc.
• Data formats & querying: JSON, JSONata, SQL

• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Strong project governance skills: blueprint definition, budget/timeline/scope control.
• Excellent stakeholder management, balancing customer needs with product standards.
• Collaborative mindset, thriving in cross-functional work with Sales, Product, COE, and CSM teams.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
